NOTE: Some beats and frequencies can you make you drowsy. Binaural and Isochronic beats are best listened to with earbuds or headphones. Adjust the volume to a level that is comfortable for you.

Powerful healing energy, frequencies, and meditation to help release anger and relax you.

Be sure to follow your doctors advice. Doing the meditation helps to improve results.

Meditating at least twice a day for 30 minutes will bring good results. More is better so long as you can do it.
Work your way up slowly (you can start with 10 minutes) so you do not overdo it before you are ready and quit.

You may increase the time on each part of this meditation as you get better at using your healing energy.

After doing the meditation you may just listen to the beats for as long as you like.

You can even listen while you sleep.

When anger arises try not to engage with it.
Just witness it arising and say there is anger.
Ajahn Brahm suggests another thing you can do is to look at a clock and see how long the anger lasts.

Doing this meditation will help you to be more calm when things happen that you get angry about.
It will also help you to catch angry thoughts sooner and sooner.
I also recommend doing Loving Kindness (Metta) meditation in addition to this video.
I will have a video for loving kindness meditation coming out soon after this video.

I am using simple breath meditation for this video because the main goal is to calm down and be still which is what breath meditation achieves.

We want the waves of our emotions and thoughts to be still like a pond with no ripples where you can see the refection of the sky clearly.

And now for the meditation.

Use a quiet place.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

Breathe naturally.

Let the abdomen expand as you inhale and contract as you exhale.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose.

If you cannot, then breathe through your mouth.

Breathe in and out through the nose.

Move your awareness to your breath at the tip of your nose or the roof of your mouth.

Continue to breathe.

As thoughts or feelings arise, just think that is a thought or that is a sensation. Do not think of it as good or bad or get upset. Just give the thought, feeling, sensation or even outside distraction a neutral label, like that is a thought, and move your awareness back to your breathing.

Do this for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.
